“ Understanding Elders, Part 1” ( Titus 1:5) Series:               “Titus: Godly People, Godly Church”   Text:                 Titus 1:5 By:                    Shaun Marksbury                         Date:                April 21, 2024 Venue:              Living Water Baptist Church             Occasion:          PM Service   I.               Introduction God has not left us to wonder about how church is to operate.   As some of us were talking about the Book of Titus after service last week, we were noting how this is like an abridged version of 1 and 2 Timothy.   Much content is the same, and all three books are written by the Apostle Paul for the church.   These are pastoral epistles, helping us to understand how to operate within the household of God.
